As an addition to Volunteer Appreciation Day, we have arranged for Debbie Brown Photography to be available to take your family’s portrait. Debbie Brown is the photographer who worked with Ally Ellis and her parents, and is familiar with working with special needs children, and their families. As a way to honor you, and support RTW, we will be offering a family portrait session for $50. For your $50, you will receive a portrait session and one 8×10 print. Additionally, $40 of every session will stay with RTW to help fund our program and services. About a week after your session, you will be contacted by Debbie Brown to come view all your portraits, and select your 8×10. At this time, you will also have the option of selecting additional photos you may want to purchase for the upcoming holidays. For all additional prints, 10% of your purchase will go back to RTW, as well.
Sessions will take place on Sunday 11/6/11 (during Volunteer Appreciation Day), between 10 am-2 pm on a first come, first served basis. To reserve your space please call the RTW office, and have your credit card available. The $50 session fee is due at the time of reservation. You can also go to www.ridetowalk.org to pay. Feel free to let your friends and family know about this exciting opportunity, and have them reserve a spot as well (the session fee only covers one family).” Don’t forget to stick around after the photo shoot to share some food and drinks with all the great Volunteers that help support Ride to Walk. The Volunteer party starts a 2pm and will go till 4pm.
